The HR bot we built for a travel company works this way: a candidate fills in an application form in Telegram, the bot turns the answers into a PDF, and AI ranks candidates against the requirements. The HR team no longer reads every form by hand and starts from a sorted shortlist. The same approach works for an AI bot that answers customer questions or for sorting incoming requests by category.
We build an AI solution as an addition to your existing process, not as a separate product: where the data comes from, who receives the result and in what form, and where a human check is needed.
