Telegram bot development — bots for orders, notifications and staff control
In Uzbekistan, customers and staff mostly talk on Telegram. We build bots that work right there: they take orders, send notifications and keep track of tasks.
A Telegram bot lets customers use your service without installing an app. Through a bot you can take orders, requests and enquiries, report order status, and send a receipt or an invoice. When richer screens are needed, we build a Telegram Mini App (Web App): the catalog, cart and forms open inside Telegram just like a regular website.
We write bots in Python (aiogram) or Node.js (grammY) and store data in PostgreSQL. A bot does not live on its own: it shares one database with your CRM, inventory system or admin panel. For example, a roofing materials store sends customer notifications through Telegram, and a café with its own production runs a supervisor bot. We also build bots that serve several companies at once.
Topshiriqchi is a good example. A manager assigns tasks to employees through the bot, the employee confirms completion with a video, and the manager sees the results in one place. The system is multi-company: each company works with its own staff and tasks separately. A bot like this makes staff control simple and transparent, without paperwork or endless phone calls.

How much does a Telegram bot cost?
The price depends on what the bot does and which systems it connects to. Leave a request — we will clarify the task and give you the price and timeline.
What is the difference between a bot and a Mini App?
A bot works through messages and buttons. A Mini App is a page that opens inside Telegram, so catalogs, filters and forms are as convenient as on a regular website.
Can the bot work with our existing software?
Yes, if the software has an API or database access. We first review your current system and then propose a way to connect it.
Where does the bot run — do I need to keep a computer on?
No. The bot runs around the clock on a cloud server, and we handle deployment and setup.
