A regular chatbot answers questions. An AI agent does work: it records an order in your system, builds a report, sets a reminder or messages the right person. We build agents on modern language models such as Claude and Gemini and connect them to your CRM, ERP, inventory software or Telegram groups. The agent only performs permitted actions and asks for confirmation before important ones.
In the ERP system we built for a roofing materials store, the owner asks a Telegram bot by voice, “How much did we sell today?”, and the bot calculates it from the database and answers by voice. When a craftsman brings measurements written on paper, the seller shows the sheet to the camera and AI fills in the order form from the handwriting. Our HR bot for a travel company ranks candidate applications against the requirements. Our own ready-made product, Abdullajon, is an AI manager in Telegram: it calls you with reminders, writes on your behalf and keeps track of your staff group.
We run our own Uzbek speech recognition service, so the agent understands voice messages even with regional dialect. If the agent cannot answer or a customer wants a person, the conversation goes to an operator. We agree in advance which data may be sent to the AI model, and AI spending has a monthly limit. We are based in Namangan, Uzbekistan, and work remotely with clients anywhere in the country.

Do you have AI projects that actually run in production?
Yes. The Abdullajon AI manager is live: it carries out tasks sent in Telegram, works with Gmail, Calendar, Drive and GitHub, and understands voice messages; it can be tried free for 3 days. Can the AI agent work with Telegram, CRM, inventory and phone systems?
Yes. We connect agents to Telegram, CRM, ERP, inventory and sales software, Gmail and Google Calendar, accept voice messages, and hand the conversation to staff when needed. The systems to connect are agreed at the start of the project; important actions (money, orders, sending messages) need human approval.
Do you provide support after launch?

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent takes actions in your systems: it records an order, builds a report, sets a reminder or sends a message. Many projects use both together.

What if the agent gives a wrong answer?
The agent answers only from your data and hands the conversation to a staff member when it does not know. Important actions such as payments, orders or sending messages require confirmation.
Is our data safe?
We agree in advance which data is sent to the AI model and do not send unnecessary personal data. The database and the system itself stay on your project server.
