Inventory software tracks incoming goods, outgoing goods and stock levels automatically, while the POS side processes sales quickly and prints receipts. When both run in one system, stock drops the moment an item is sold, you get a warning when a product is running low, and the owner sees daily sales from a phone. The errors and losses typical of notebooks and spreadsheets go down.
Internet outages at the point of sale are common, so we build the register to work offline: data is stored on the device and synced to the server once the connection is back. The Tauri-based desktop app we built for an auto parts store works this way and is connected to a Telegram bot. Receipt printers and barcode scanners plug in, and the cashier screen stays fast and simple.
At one café with its own production, the inventory system, staff and waiter apps, and a receipt printer app work as one system. For distribution businesses we build solutions where stock, orders, delivery and returns are linked together, and our project for a distribution company is one example. The system grows with your business: new sales points, warehouses and reports are added when you need them.
