Challenge
Work at a café with its own production runs in several directions at once: the warehouse, customers, table service, staff and management. Instead of a set of disconnected programs, the business needed one system built around a shared server, so that stock movements, orders and receipts could be seen in one place.
Solution
UFLEX built a platform with a warehouse system at its core. The server and admin panel hold all the data, and each group of users works in its own app around them.
Customers get their own mobile app, while staff and management use a separate one. Waiters work in a dedicated app in the dining area, and receipts are printed through a receipt printer app. An online menu shows the range on the web. A separate Telegram bot is connected to the system for supervision.
Because every part talks to the same server, the same data does not have to be entered in several places: each app does its own job, and the results come together in one system.
