Challenge
A delivery service needed one system to manage orders, hand them over to couriers and follow the process from start to finish. Running the business had to be comfortable on a computer, and the service itself needed its own website to introduce it online.
Solution
At the core is a server (API) that every app talks to. The business is run from an admin panel, which also comes as a Windows desktop app with automatic updates: when a new version ships, nobody has to install it by hand on each computer.
Instead of two separate apps for customers and couriers, there is one mobile app that holds the features for both roles. Couriers get a push notification when a new order arrives, and deliveries can be followed on a map.
Information about the service lives on a landing page. The site works as the entry point where customers first get to know the service.
