Privacy Policy

1. General

1.1. This policy explains how personal data received through the uflex.uz website and UFLEX services, including “Abdullajon — AI manager”, is processed.

1.3. We follow the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” and collect only the minimum data needed for a specific purpose. We do not sell your data.

2. What we collect

Request form: name, phone number, the service you need, an optional comment, and the page and language the form was sent from.

Idea form (roadmap): the idea text, optional name and phone.

Review form (via a link sent to a client): review text, name and role (optional), consent to publish the name and review.

Technical data: when a form is submitted — IP address, browser type (User-Agent) and time, to protect against spam and abuse. The hosting provider briefly keeps IP addresses and requested pages in server logs.

Abdullajon clients: see section 5.

We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, etc.). We only keep simple records on our own server: the page opened, device type, browser, country/city and source; while a page is open, the browser sends a short signal to our server every 15 seconds (so we can see who is on the site right now). No cookies are used, your IP address is not stored, the data is not shared with third parties and is deleted after 400 days. Only if you choose “Accept”, a random number is written to your browser storage (section 8).

3. Why we use it

  • to answer your request and contact you;
  • to sign a contract, provide services, send invoices and record payments;
  • to protect the site and forms from spam and attacks;
  • to meet legal requirements.

We do not send marketing messages without your consent.

4. Legal basis

We process data on the basis of: the consent you give in the form; entering into and performing a contract with you; obligations set by law. You can withdraw consent at any time (section 7).

5. Abdullajon — AI manager

5.1. What data. Abdullajon works in the client’s Telegram account and, to do its tasks, processes: the owner’s instructions and voice messages, chats Abdullajon takes part in, group messages and contacts, call audio and transcripts, reminders, tasks and memory notes. If the client connects them — Gmail emails, Google Calendar events, the Google Drive file list, the YouTube channel, GitHub and Railway data.

5.2. Where and how. Each client’s Abdullajon runs separately and its data is kept in a separate database. Connection tokens (Google, GitHub, Railway) are stored encrypted. The UFLEX admin panel shows only status, costs and payments; chats, call transcripts and requests are not shown there. Our staff may view them only at the client’s request (for example, to fix a bug), for security reasons or when required by law.

5.3. AI processing. To prepare answers, the necessary text and audio are sent to AI providers: Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini); our own NavAI server is used to transcribe Uzbek speech. Providers receive data only to answer the request.

5.4. Third parties’ data. For people Abdullajon calls or messages on the client’s behalf, the client is the controller of their data and UFLEX processes it on the client’s instructions. The client is responsible for the necessary consents in those relationships.

5.5. Google user data. Abdullajon’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only for actions the client asks for; it is not used for advertising, not sold, and not used or transferred to train generalised AI models. Access can be revoked at any time through Abdullajon or in your Google Account settings.

5.6. Deletion. After the service ends, the client’s Abdullajon data and connections are deleted at the client’s request; they may remain in backups for a limited time.

6. Who we share it with and where it is stored

Data is shared only with providers needed to run the services:

  • Railway — hosting for the site and Abdullajon; servers are in Europe (the Netherlands) and the USA, so data is stored outside Uzbekistan;
  • Telegram — notifications of new requests and ideas are sent to the UFLEX owner’s Telegram; Abdullajon works through Telegram;
  • Google — only with your consent, for ads (AdSense) on Russian and English blog articles; for Abdullajon clients — connected Google services and Gemini;
  • Anthropic — for Abdullajon’s AI answers;
  • public authorities — only where required by law.

By submitting a form you agree that your data may be stored and processed on these providers’ servers, including outside Uzbekistan.

7. Retention and your rights

7.1. Requests and ideas are kept until our work with you is finished and then for as long as needed for accounting and resolving disputes. At your request we delete data that the law does not require us to keep within 10 business days.

7.2. You have the right to: know what data about you is stored; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; withdraw consent; complain to the competent public authority. To make a request, write to uflexuz@gmail.com or Telegram @Ulugbek_Mirdadaev.

7.3. Our services are not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Essential (always on):

  • uflex_ck (browser storage) — your cookie choice;
  • sfx (browser storage) — whether the site’s sound effects are on or off;
  • uflex_admin (cookie) — only when the site administrator signs in to the admin panel.

Advertising (only with your consent): Google AdSense ads are shown on Russian and English blog articles. Google uses cookies to serve and measure ads — see how Google uses cookies in advertising. If you choose “Essential only”, the ad script is not loaded at all.

Recognising returning visitors (only with your consent): if you choose “Accept”, uflex_uid — a random number — is written to your browser storage. It is used to recognise that you have come back and to link it to your request if you submit one; your name and phone are not stored in it. If you choose “Essential only”, the number is not written and each visit is counted separately.

You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

9. Security

The site works only over HTTPS, database access is restricted and connection tokens are encrypted. No one can guarantee 100% security over the internet, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
