A formal contract
Every project starts with a contract. Everything agreed — price, timeline, payment and support terms — is written into it.
A written plan
Before work starts you get it in writing: which features, the price and timeline, who works on the project and what is delivered at each stage.
A trial first stage
We build the most important part of the system first. You test it with your staff in real work, and if you are happy with the result, we move to the next stage.
Independent review
Want another developer to review the code? Go ahead — we will give them access.
Your domain, your server
The domain is registered in your name and the server stays on your own account: the system and its data remain with you.
One month of free fixes
Bugs found within a month of handover are fixed free of charge. Terms of further support are set in the contract.
Questions and answers
- Does Ulugbek do all the work, or does a team?
- Ulugbek designs the system architecture, the server side and the database and oversees the launch personally. A team works on design, the mobile app, the web interface and testing: a designer, a QA specialist, frontend and backend developers. Who works on your project is stated in the written plan.
- Who tests the system?
- A QA specialist and automated tests: every change is checked on a test database first and only then reaches the live system. Before launch you also test it with your staff on real data.
- Who is responsible after launch?
- UFLEX. We build the system and deploy it ourselves, so fixes, changes and updates are on us. Bugs found in the first month after handover are fixed free of charge; the cost of further support and bug-fix times are set in the contract.
- Who is the contract signed with?
- With the founder of UFLEX, Ulugbek Mirdadayev, in writing. The contract sets out the scope of work, stages, deadlines and the warranty.
- How does payment work?
- Payment terms are agreed for each project and written into the contract: the size of the advance, and when — after acceptance of which result — the rest is paid.
- Whose name are the code, domain and server in?
- The domain is registered in the client’s name and the server stays on the client’s own account — the system and its data remain with the client. Access to the code repository is agreed for each project and written into the contract before work starts.
