Before you order from UFLEX: straight answers to 8 questions
Asking the right questions before ordering software is the best protection. Ask them of any contractor, UFLEX included. Below are the eight questions business owners ask most often, with straight answers.
1. Can you show a working system similar to my project?
Yes. In a meeting we can show a working system from a field close to yours — with that client’s consent. We do not publish client names without permission, so our portfolio lists only the field: café and production, delivery, building materials store, school.
UFLEX’s own products can be seen right now: “Topshiriqchi”, a system for assigning tasks to staff and checking they are done, and this website.
2. Who personally does what on a project?
The founder, Ulugbek Mirdadayev, is responsible for the system’s structure (architecture), the server side and the database, and oversees the launch. Team members work on design, the mobile app, the web interface and testing. Who is responsible for what is stated at the start of each project.
3. Can I talk to previous clients?
Yes — with the client’s consent, we will put you in touch. The opinion of someone who uses the system every day tells you more than any recommendation.
4. Who writes the code and who checks it?
We use AI tools such as Claude when writing code — it speeds up the work but does not change who is responsible. Every change first passes automated tests and a check against a test database, and only then reaches the live system. The code is kept in GitHub with its full history, so you can see who made each change and when. If you want another developer to review the code independently, we will give them access.
We will tell you openly in the meeting how busy we are and when your project can start.
5. What is delivered at each stage, and how is it accepted?
The work goes in four stages:
- Conversation — together we look at how your business works and where time and money are lost.
- Plan and price — we write down which parts are needed (website, app, bot, panel) and agree on the price and timeline.
- Development — we build the system stage by stage and show you the result of each stage.
- Launch — we deploy it to the server and train your staff.
Every project starts with a written contract signed with the founder of UFLEX. Before work begins you get a written plan: which features, the price and timeline, who works on the project and what is delivered at each stage. In the first stage we build the most important part of the system — you test it with your staff in real work, and if you are happy with the result, we move to the next stage.
6. Who will own the code, domain, server and database?
The domain is registered in your name and the server stays on your own account — the system and its data remain with you. Access to the code repository is agreed for each project and written into the contract before work starts.
7. How are backups made, and what happens if the system breaks?
Our systems run on cloud servers, so the database does not depend on a single office computer. The backup routine is set per project — for example, in some of our systems the database is backed up automatically every night and there is a separate tool for restoring from a backup. The routine your system needs is written into the plan.
8. How much does support cost after launch?
Bugs found within a month of handover are fixed free of charge. After that, the price of support and the time to fix bugs are agreed for each project and written into the contract. We build the system and deploy it to the server ourselves, so we also make later changes and updates ourselves.
Bottom line
All the terms on one page: how we work.
Do not start working with a contractor who will not answer these questions directly. If you want to discuss your project, leave a request — in the meeting we will answer each question using your project as the example.
