Terms of Use

1. General

1.1. These terms govern the use of the uflex.uz website and UFLEX services, including the “Abdullajon — AI manager” service.

1.2. Service provider: Ulugbek Mirdadayev, Rovut, Yangikurgan district, Namangan region (“UFLEX”, “we”). Contact: uflexuz@gmail.com, +998 99 657 26 00, Telegram @Ulugbek_Mirdadaev.

1.3. By using the site, submitting a request or other form, starting an Abdullajon trial or paying for it, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

1.4. Where a separate written contract has been signed with you, the contract prevails in case of conflict.

2. The website

2.1. Information on the site (service descriptions, prices, examples) is for reference only and is not a public offer. The price, timeline and terms of custom work (websites, apps, bots, systems) are agreed in a separate contract for each project.

2.2. The site’s texts, design, images, logo and code belong to UFLEX. Copying, distributing or commercial use without permission is prohibited. Names and marks of other companies belong to their owners.

2.3. You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to the site, not to disrupt or overload it, and not to submit spam, false data or data on behalf of other people through its forms.

2.4. The site is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it running without interruption but do not guarantee it.

3. Abdullajon — AI manager

3.1. The service. Abdullajon is an AI assistant that works in the client’s separate Telegram account: it calls with reminders, calls and messages people on the client’s behalf, watches groups and works with services the client connects (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, YouTube, GitHub, Railway). 3.2. Free trial. The first 3 days are free. An invoice is sent before the trial ends; without payment the service is suspended.

3.3. Prices. Setup — 1,250,000 UZS one-time (non-refundable once the setup and linking work is done). Subscription — 199,000 UZS per month, paid in advance. AI usage — post-pay: billed at the end of the month on actual AI cost plus a 50% service fee; the AI cap is up to $50 a month, and when it is reached AI pauses until the next period. Dollar costs are converted to UZS at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan rate on the invoice date. Terms of the Enterprise plan (from $300 a month) and of additional integrations are agreed separately.

3.4. Payment. You pay manually each month; nothing is charged to your card automatically. The invoice is sent via Telegram 1 day before the due date. If payment is still missing 2 days after the due date, the service is temporarily suspended and resumes after payment. We give at least 10 days’ notice of price changes, which apply from the next billing period.

3.5. Cancellation. You can stop the service at any time — tell us or simply don’t pay for the next month. Payments for a month already started and for AI already used are non-refundable.

3.6. Client obligations. The client:

  • provides their own SIM card for Abdullajon; the Telegram account and number belong to the client, who is responsible for them;
  • complies with Telegram’s rules and the laws of Uzbekistan and does not use Abdullajon for spam, unsolicited bulk messages, fraud, threats, harassment or any other unlawful purpose;
  • is responsible for having the necessary consents and lawful basis in dealings with people Abdullajon calls, messages or whose data it processes;
  • does not share the linking code or account credentials with others.

3.7. About AI. Abdullajon is based on artificial intelligence and can make mistakes, misunderstand or give inaccurate answers. Check its answers for important decisions and for money, document and legal matters. Abdullajon follows only its owner’s instructions; irreversible actions (deleting, blocking, leaving a chat) are taken only after the owner’s explicit confirmation.

3.8. Third-party services. Abdullajon works through Telegram, Google, Anthropic, GitHub, Railway and other services. UFLEX is not liable for their outages, rule changes or account restrictions (for example, Telegram blocking an account), but will help resolve the issue.

3.9. Suspension. In case of a serious breach of these terms (spam, fraud, unlawful activity) UFLEX may suspend the service without notice; payments are not refunded in that case.

4. Limitation of liability

4.1. UFLEX is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, failures of third-party services or the consequences of actions taken on the client’s instructions.

4.2. In any event, UFLEX’s liability is limited to the amount the client paid for the service for the last month. This does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.

5. Disputes and governing law

5.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5.2. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation: write to uflexuz@gmail.com or Telegram @Ulugbek_Mirdadaev — we reply within 10 business days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the court at the provider’s location (Namangan region).

6. Changes

6.1. We may change these terms. A new version takes effect when published on this page; Abdullajon clients are notified of material changes via Telegram at least 10 days in advance.
