Ulugbek Mirdadayev

Ulugbek Mirdadayev is the founder and head of UFLEX, an IT company in Namangan, Uzbekistan, and a web and mobile developer. He has been programming since 2017, has worked for clients since 2021, and over these years has taken part in more than 1,000 jobs — websites, mobile apps, Telegram bots and smaller fixes.

Beginnings

He wrote his first programs in 2017 on a phone: Telegram bots in PHP running on free hosting. In 2019 he started building websites with HTML, CSS and JavaScript — the real turning point.

His career began in earnest in 2021. His first client was the owner of a computer store in Namangan, for whom he built a landing page. The payment for that first job was a pair of USB headphones for his laptop. He had bought his first laptop at the same store, which is still in business today. More orders followed one after another — most of them came through his web development mentor, Dilshod aka.

By 2023 he had learned React and React Native and built large websites and mobile apps. Almost all of them were real client orders, not practice projects.

Teaching

At the end of 2023 Ulugbek went independent. He taught for two months at the Algoritm training center in Namangan, then, with more experience, started running classes at the Yoshlar ziyo maskani library in the 3rd microdistrict. Until October 2024 he worked with about 100 students, and then went back to full-time development.

UFLEX

The UFLEX brand was founded in 2022. From 2025 Ulugbek put his full focus on it: about 30 projects carry the “Powered by UFLEX” mark. That year he moved from working alone to working with a team — a designer, a QA specialist, and frontend and backend developers.

In 2025 he opened a training center in partnership. The project pulled his focus away from development and closed after six months with a financial loss. Ulugbek worked with a large team in Tashkent, settled his obligations, and the following spring returned to Namangan to finish the orders left incomplete. The main lesson of that period: when you use your potential fully, you can do far more.

Today UFLEX works in partnership with an entrepreneur whom Ulugbek considers his mentor in life. Together they have completed dozens of projects: an HR bot, sales websites, the “Aqlli nazoratchi” (smart supervisor) bot and, the largest, an ERP system for a roofing materials store.

Mission

The goal is not just to automate businesses. Through automation, UFLEX helps entrepreneurs free time from worldly work for worship and family, and brings transparency to their business. A notebook can be lost or burned, and things get forgotten — in the systems UFLEX builds, the database lives online, nothing disappears, and reports are accurate to the last tiyin.

Along the way, UFLEX plans to teach business owners to automate their own businesses and to pass this knowledge on, so that more people can help entrepreneurs.

Goals

By the end of 2026: complete at least five large projects and teach at least three business owners to automate their own businesses. Smaller projects and startups are there to keep financial freedom.
