Challenge
A store selling roofing materials needed to keep sales, warehouse, customer and supplier records in one system, keep customers informed automatically, and make it easier to work out how much material a particular roof needs.
Solution
UFLEX built an ERP system for the store: sales, warehouse, customers and suppliers are all managed in one place. The system also has a macOS desktop app with automatic updates, so new versions never have to be installed by hand.
Customer communication runs through Telegram: the system sends messages to customers automatically.
A separate module is the 3D roof designer. In it, a roof can be designed in three dimensions, and a material take-off is produced from that design. This links the materials on the store shelves to a customer’s actual roof.
On top of that, an AI analytics bot is connected to the system and helps analyse the data with artificial intelligence.
