Challenge
A auto parts store needed a sales system that would keep working when the internet connection dropped, with the data reaching the central server later. The app also had to work in Uzbek Latin, Uzbek Cyrillic and Russian, and sales and delivery needed to be manageable through Telegram.
Solution
UFLEX built a system made of a server and a desktop app. The desktop app has its own local database: it keeps working without internet, and once the connection is back, the data syncs with the server. The app updates itself, so nobody has to install new versions by hand on each computer. The interface language can be switched between Latin, Cyrillic and Russian.
The Telegram bot is role-based: each user sees the features that match their role. Sales and delivery are handled through the bot, and its search also accepts Cyrillic queries.
As a result, selling in the store does not depend on the internet connection, while all the data still ends up in one central database.
