Challenge
A travel company needed to receive job applications in an orderly way, keep them in one official format and make reviewing them easier. At the same time, it was important that the evaluation of candidates stayed with the HR specialist.
Solution
UFLEX built an HR bot that runs in Telegram. Candidates do not have to install anything: they fill in the official application form right inside the bot, and their answers are automatically turned into a PDF document. Every application ends up looking the same, which makes it easy to store and share.
At the next stage, artificial intelligence helps screen the candidates. After that, an HR specialist reviews them by hand. AI acts as an assistant, while the evaluation is made by the responsible person.
In this approach each stage has its own job: the bot collects the data, the PDF puts it in order, AI helps with screening, and a person makes the call.
