Challenge
A school needed to keep its data in one system, connect parents and teachers through a single mobile app, and record attendance automatically instead of marking it by hand. To make that work, the equipment inside the school building had to become part of the system too.
Solution
The foundation is a server and a web panel where the school is managed. A mobile app was built for parents and teachers.
Attendance is recorded automatically by Hikvision Face ID terminals in the school. To connect them, a dedicated agent runs on the school’s local network: it works with the terminals inside the building and passes the data on to the system’s server. This way the on-site equipment and the server are linked, and attendance no longer has to be marked by hand.
A Telegram bot is also connected to the system.
