Challenge
The client is a distribution company. The task was to build the company its own system in place of a ready-made foreign one. Every stage of distribution, from working with a customer to handling returns, had to be managed in one system.
Solution
UFLEX built a system that covers the whole distribution process. The CRM part handles work with customers. Products live in a catalog, and orders are placed from that catalog. Stock levels are tracked in the system, and delivery, payments and returns are recorded there as well.
As a result, every stage of distribution is connected inside one system: orders, stock, delivery and payments are not scattered across separate programs.
Because the company owns the system, it is not limited to what a ready-made product offers and can be developed further around the way the company works.
