Challenge
A delivery marketplace has three sides: customers, sellers (vendors) and couriers. Each side needed to do its work in an app built for it, while the whole platform had to be managed from one place.
Solution
UFLEX built a separate app for every participant in the marketplace. The customer app is for buyers, the vendor app is for sellers, and the courier app is for the people who deliver the orders. This way each user sees only the features they need and is not distracted by functions meant for other roles.
The platform itself is run from a superadmin control panel, where the marketplace participants and processes are overseen.
In a three-sided marketplace, the connection between the sides matters. In this project, customers, vendors and couriers work in different apps, yet all of them remain parts of one platform and are managed through one panel.
