Challenge
A butcher shop sells by the kilogram or by the piece, some customers buy on credit, and sales can happen in several branches. The owner needed to see each branch’s stock, who sold how much, customer debts and cash movements in one place.
Solution
UFLEX built a system made of a server and an admin panel. Products are kept by category with a unit of measure, cost price and sale price, and a barcode label can be printed for each product. Every branch has its own stock, and stock levels are counted per branch.
Sellers sign in with their own accounts and record sales with the discount, tax, payment method and buyer. For customers who buy on credit, a debt ledger is kept, and every entry stores the balance before and after. The cash section records incoming and outgoing transactions.
SMS messages are sent to customers from templates, and each message’s delivery status and cost are checked automatically. The dashboard shows sales, products sold during the day and overall figures. A database backup is made automatically every day and sent via Telegram.
