Challenge
A task sent to an employee as a plain Telegram message is hard to follow up on: the chat alone does not show whether the work was really done. UFLEX built its own product to solve this problem — Topshiriqchi.
Solution
Topshiriqchi is a task assignment and control system that runs inside Telegram. An employee receives a task through the bot and confirms it is done with a video. Control is based on video proof rather than on someone’s word.
The system is built for many companies: each company has its own bot and works with its own staff separately. All companies are managed from a superadmin web panel.
Employees do not need to install a separate app: they work inside Telegram, which they already use.
