Abdullajon in your system: he keeps sales, debts and stock in check
Whichever system your business runs on — CRM, sales, warehouse, cash register or your own software — we connect Abdullajon to it. He tells you the figures from the system by voice, checks debts and balances himself and carries out the actions you allow. Each connector is written separately for that client and works only in their Abdullajon.

Checks on his own
“Check overdue debts every day at 9:00”, “write up last week’s sales every Monday” — at the set time he signs in to the system himself, checks, and writes only when there is something to say.
Which systems
CRM, sales and distribution, warehouse, cash register (POS), accounting, online store, your own in-house software — it can be connected if there is access through an API or a database.
Example: Ritm (ritm.uz)
A connector built for a distribution company: sales for today and for the month — by agent, client and day; orders, warehouse stock, receipts and suppliers.
Debtors
The same calculation as the reconciliation statement (Акт сверки) in Ritm: who owes how much, total debt, “debtors overdue by more than 30 days” — sent as an Excel file or an image.
Cash and reports
Cash register balances, income and expenses, expense categories, warehouse value; plus automatic approval of unapproved cash entries every 5 minutes (if the owner turns it on).
Settlements in a group
Settlements with a supplier in a Telegram group can be handed to Abdullajon: if asked in the group, he reports deliveries, payments and debt for that supplier only.

How to connect
You tell us which system you work in and what Abdullajon should do.
We study the system’s API, write a dedicated connector for you and add it to your Abdullajon.
You enter the connection details in the dashboard (for Ritm — subdomain, login and password). The password is not stored: the server signs in once and keeps only the access token, encrypted.
Price and timeline are agreed separately, depending on the system.
Security and limits
- Abdullajon works in the system within the login permissions you give — no more.
- Changing and deleting data is done only with your “yes”; reading is immediate.
- The connector works only in your Abdullajon and is not visible to other clients.
- Tokens and sign-in details are encrypted and never end up in logs.

- What if my system has no API?
- Many systems offer a route through the database or exports. We will look at your system and tell you how it can be connected.
- How much does a connector cost?
- It is agreed separately, depending on the complexity of the system and the actions needed. Additional connectors are included in the Enterprise plan.
- Is Ritm just an example?
- Yes. Ritm is one of the systems we have connected for a client. A similar connector will be written for the system you use.
